NECA's line of popular video game figures continues with the next release in the series: Godzilla! The King of the Monsters will be based on his appearance from the 1988 Nintendo game Godzilla: King of the Monsters. He will be 6 inches tall and 12 inches long, features 30 points of articulation, and features a new sculpt on his dorsal plates. The paint aps simulate a pixelated look, and the packaging features a tribute to the original games box. This one looks really awesome, I cannot wait to add it to my NECA gaming shelf I have started and am filling up fast.

Godzilla is a very famous name and has appeared in many movies since the 80s of the last century. This is a large creature and shaped like a dinosaur, humans know it with the great power that it creates. Of course, Godzilla has been adapted into many games and novels. Godzilla: Monster of Monsters is the most prominent name released in 1998 by Toho Co., Ltd. In the solar system, a mysterious planet has emerged as a man called planet X. This planet appears when Neptune and Pluto move to a special position in the solar system. The inhabitants of Planet X are plotting to invade the earth. They have brought to earth a mighty army to defeat humanity, many countries have surrendered to the great power of aliens. However, the earth is a planet with many mysteries. The chaos of the war has affected some of the ancient forces on earth. Mothra and Godzilla have awakened to protect the earth from the alien invasion.

The game is divided into different difficulty levels, players will be immersed in Mothra and Godzilla depending on their level. The goal of these two great creatures is to destroy all aliens and free the earth. You will have to control the character moving on the ground and destroy all the modern war vehicles that you see. Godzilla is capable of performing punches, spewing fire from his mouth and using his tail to inflict damage to enemies. The terrain of the earth is not flat and the enemy will use this to survive, you can control the character to attack and destroy the terrain to destroy them. Besides the mighty army of Planet X, you will also face many other monsters like Gezora, Varan, Moguera, Hedorah, Baragon, Gigan and Mechagodzilla. These monsters appear from other planets in the solar system and follow King Ghidorah’s command and attack the earth.

In the final stage, you will face Ghidorah, it is a monster shaped like a dragon and has 3 heads. This creature has a very strong ability to recover, you need to perform attack moves continuously to defeat it. The fastest way to destroy Ghidorah is to destroy 3 heads in turn and you also need to avoid the attacks it creates. After destroying Ghidorah and freeing the earth, the game will end and the player can choose to play again from the beginning.
